Stacey Loop

Background:

Stacey’s area of expertise centers around students who are beginning their yoga journey.  She also specializes in working with younger children (ages 6-10) with and without special needs.  In either case, she approaches each session with a playful attitude helping students connect to both their inner child and inner calm.

Approach:

Stacey is passionate about educating adult students on safe and stable practices of yoga, specifically around integrating breath and movement as a means of transformation.

Her favorite methods of teaching are group classes or private sessions for either adults or children.  Private sessions for children with special needs are designed to include the family.  Educating the family on creative ways to easily integrate the therapeutic work of yoga into their family’s lifestyle is a true gift and love for Stacey.
