Oak Hill Yoga:

Fall Schedule:

    Tuesdays - 7:15-8:30pm - Yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and intro to meditation.  All levels welcome!

Thursdays - 7:15-8:30pm - Yoga for Low Back Pain.  No previous yoga experience necessary.  8-week session starting Sept 15th (may still join by Sept 22nd)  Go to www.OakHillYogaAustin.com for more info.  YOU MUST CALL ahead of time to join this class - 512-964-4844.

    Saturdays 10:00-11:10 - Gentle, Beginners, those who want a gentler, slower practice.  Modifications will be offered for those who have minor limitations (sore back, hips, shoulders, neck, arthritis, etc.)
Saturdays 11:15-12:30 - Viniyoga Slow Flow.  Advanced beginners through intermediate; for people who have had previous yoga or movement experience such as dance, martial arts, etc.

Yoga for Healthy Bones (Osteopenia and Osteoporosis)
.  Classes to begin late fall/winter.  Now taking names of those interested in this special series.  Call for more information and to be placed on the list.
